The Chinese refer to these small end tables as “stools”. In fact, they are used interchangeably as either stools or tables. These are made of elm and were produced in ShanXi Province around 1920. The color of the stain makes the wood look like teak. They are in very good condition. We would like to sell these as a pair, since it is so hard to find a matching pair.
