China Coast continually stocks quite a few of these popular grain baskets. They stand upright to hold large dry arrangements, kindling, newspapers, and many other items. Originally the baskets were used in the Chinese countryside to carry rice or other grains. Our baskets are old but not truly antique. We believe that they are about 40 years old. The basket in our photo is 21 to 22” tall. Other heights and colors are available.
